As we bid Evelyn Louise farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Evelyn Louise is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marvin and Dorothy Alice Cripe (Beeghley); her sister Margaret (Harold Mohler); and her nephew Keith (Linda Mohler). She is survived by: her nieces, Janice Etter (Ohmer), Karen Wray (Larry) and Ronda Bowman (Galen). She is also survived by 23 great nieces and nephews; and 31 great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home~bodine Chapel (450 IN-39, Rossville, IN 46065). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Middle Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Church (7500 N Co Rd 600 W, Rossville, IN 46065).
