He is survived by: his parents, John Hopkins and Ann Ohl (Gish); his siblings, Neely Hopkins (Chris Robinson) and Ben Hopkins (Rhonda); his aunts, Kim Howland (Chris) and Ginny Hufford; and his uncle Alan Gish (Evelyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and more friends.
