He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. and Kathryn Boezeman (Molenaar); his spouse Doris M. Witt; and his son David Boezeman. He is survived by: his children, Don Boezeman (Emma) of Roselawn, IN, Dolores Baswell (Dale) of Roselawn, IN and Daniel Boezeman (Martha) of Lake Village, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
