He was predeceased by: his infant Tiffany; his parents, Galvin Gantz and Henrietta Gantz; his father-in-law Charles Lindahl; and his nephew Matthew Lindahl.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Tina Johnson (Chris) and Richard (Shannon); his grandchildren, Cole, Autumn, Logan and Leah; his sister Sandy Hoover; his mother-in-law Dorothy Lindahl; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Meeks, Art Lindahl (Patti) and Kevin Lindahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital.
