She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Gatlin and Marjorie Gatlin (Douthett); her son Lendon Sharp Jr.; and her siblings, John, George, Paul, Darl Gatlin, Iris Tamminga and Musetta Yeager.
She is survived by: her husband Lendon Sharp of Roselawn; her daughter Melanie Bosel (Joe) of DeMotte; her grandchildren, Greg Jr. Borden (Amanda), Alaina Milton (Eric), Jason Borden, Stefanie Peck (Jon) and Timothy Bosel (Celia); and her siblings, Randall Gatlin (JoAnn), Roger Gatlin (Sheila), Doris Cox, Carol Beckwith (Dave), Clara Murphy (Don) and Sharon Klemoff. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, Chicago.
