He is survived by: his children, Phillip Bradshaw (Sue), Bryan Bradshaw, Lisa James and Tony Jazak; his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Joshua, Emma, Deandre, Annabelle and Shawn; and his siblings, Roy Bradshaw (Ruby), Teresa Henry (David), Anthony Bradshaw (Mary) and Connie Brown (Mark). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Service (200 3rd St SW, De Motte, IN 46310).
