She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ziegler and Louis Ziegler; her son Elmore Hoover Jr.; and her siblings, Joe Ziegler and Bernice Jeffers.
She is survived by: her husband Boe Hoover (Elmore); her sons, Vincent Hoover (Michele) and Conway Hoover (Kasey); her granddaughter Chloe Hoover; her stepgrandchildren, Tori, Bree and Devin; and her sister Rose Zimmerman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
