With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Jenkins of Rosedale, Indiana, born in Farmersburg, Indiana, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Jenkins and Thelma Tilley Jenkins; and his siblings, Ed Jenkins, Maureen Pruett and Kay Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Swalls Jenkins; his children, Barry Jenkins (Rita), Angie Martin (Jim McCue), Denise Buck (Tony) and Cindi Higgins (Eric); his brother Donald Jenkins (Teresa); his grandchildren, Elisa Holt, Amanda Langley, Mandi Johnson (Erik), Rebecca Phillips (Terry), Jared Martin (Tiffani), Caleb Jenkins (Brittany), Rachel Buker (Stephen), Zachary White (Kelsey), Ashlen Buck, Kaila White, Clayton Buck and Taylor White; and his pet Julius. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Linda Louise Swalls Jenkins, who was unable to be honored at the time of her passing due to covid, will also be remembered during the service.
