She is survived by: her parents, Brett Johnston and Denise Banks; her wife Jessica Lively; her daughter Aria Foxworthy; her siblings, Jason Chittenden (Amber), Jamie Martin (Josh), Brittney Bannister (Cory), Gavin and Colby Johnston; and her grandparents, Marshall, Sonnie Johnston and Joann Davis.
