She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frazier and Bertha Frazier; her husband Maurice Smith; and her sister-in-law Vicky Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Todd Smith (Anna) of St. Augustine, Jada Svoboda (Jason), Maurice Smith, II (Sandra) of Tempe, Tobias Smith of Indianapolis and Shane Smith (Elena) of Bloomington; and her siblings, Charlene Loy (Dan), Bonnie Craft (Jim), Leslie Frazier (Marlene) and Randy Frazier. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
