He is survived by: his wife Cherlyn Stedman Russell; his children, Scott Russell (Beth Spurr) and Kimberly Jane Miller; his grandchildren, Nikki Miller and Jack Ditto (Megan Brown); his great grandchildren, Jordan Ditto, Presley Ditto, Aleah Ditto and Colton Ditto; and his siblings, Jerry Russell, Marvin Russell, Phillip Russell and Melba Jane Hodge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
