He is survived by: his mother Mary "Jo" Templin (Robert); his children, Alexander Fields (Emily), Ean Fields and Elsie Fields; his sister Dawn "Shelley" Fields; his grandmother Mary Hein Beshaw; his grandchildren, Samuel, Helen, Amelia and Sullivan; his stepmother Jean Fields; his half-siblings, Leilani Fields and Jason Fields; his stepbrothers, Darrell and Nick Belvins; and his fiancée Jessica "Nicole" Combs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
