She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. McCord and Mary E. Higbee McCord; and her husband Robert D. McPike. She is survived by: her children, Kathy M. Fagg of Farmersburg, Sarah A. Stevenson (Gary) of Rosedale, Becky S. Ash (Loy) of Rockville and W. Wayne Wheat (Debbie) of Louisville, Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Mary Anne Wood of Rosedale and Diane Smith (David) of Rosedale; her grandchildren, Leah Grise (Chris), Ryan Fagg (Stacey), Stacey Dickens (Clint), Curtis Wheat (Cassidy), Danielle DeGroote (Casey), Jason Brown, Wade Walsh (Kayla) and Whitney Walsh; and her stepgrandchildren, Jesse, Casey and Rusty Smith. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She requests in place of flowers contributions be made to the Rosedale Baptist Church.
