With heavy hearts, we announce the death of RuthAnn Figgins of Rome City, Indiana, born in Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl D. Shannon and Marion Marie Shannon (Klein). She is survived by: her husband David Figgins of Rome City; her children, Michael S. Figgins (Dawn) of Colon, Michigan. and Margaret A. "Peggy" Kreger (William) of LaGrange; her sister Carolyn Strobel of Montpelier, Ohio.; and her caregivers, Korenda Bracht and Margarita Villa.
Memorial donations may be made to either Noble County Gideons or International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
