Hulett (Lane); her husband Barry P. Haines of Sylvan Lake; her children, Brooke Rowe (Chris) of Kendallville and Dane Haines of Fort Wayne; her grandsons, Jonah Haines and Warren Rowe; and her siblings, Teddi Dunham (Bill) of Tarpon Springs, Florida and Richard D. "Rick" Hulett, Jr. (Kris) of Kendallville.
