He is survived by: his daughter Heather Marquez of Ligonier; his grandchildren, Harrison Newman of Ligonier, Jesse Newman (Haley) of Minneapolis and Seth Lucero of Ligonier; his siblings, Garland Ritchie of Hazard, Patricia Pierce (Basil) of Wolcottville and Debbie Shepherd (Leslie) of Hazard, Kentucky; his uncle Mike Ritchie of Rome City; his former wife Patricia Armstrong of Ligonier; and his friend Laura Bostick of LaGrange.
