She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ann Dean (James) of Kendallville; her stepdaughter Jennifer Herron (Johnny) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Jaimie Leighty (Ryan) of Rome City and Mellisa Shirks (Jamie) of Butler; her great grandchildren, Alex, Trevor of Mason, C. J., Rhianna, Jazmin, Logan, Brantlyn, Case, Tiffany, Jeffrey and Duckie; her great great grandchildren, Addilyn and Madalyn; and her siblings, Tamara Boothby (Terry, Sr.) of Decatur, Abby Rose of Kendallville, Donna Niblick of Kendallville and Jerry Bales (Vicki) of Rome City.
