With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Alan Britt of Rome City, Indiana, born in Magnolia, Arkansas, who passed away on October 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though John Alan may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Alan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Britt. He is survived by: his son E. H. "Buddy"; his daughter-in-law Lisa Britt of Wolcottville; and his brother David Britt of California. He is also survived by six grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
