We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jerry L Bales of Rome City, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Bales and Dixie I. Merriman (Betz); and his wife Vicki E. Altom. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Chrisman (Jeff) of Decatur, Christopher Bales (Tracy) of Kendallville and Jason Bales (Rebecca) of Rome City; his grandchildren, Kara, Joshua, Brittany, Alex, Audrey, Destiny, Ethon, Skyla and Blake; and his sisters, Avanelle "Abby" Rose of Kendallville, Tamara Boothby (Terry) of Decatur and Donna Niblick of Kendallville. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Five Corners Baptist Church (2995 E 600 S, Wolcottville, IN 46795). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers and memorials to the family may be delivered to the church.
