He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Bouse and June Marie "Peg" Bouse (McConnehey); and his brothers, Terry Schultz and Steven Bouse. He is survived by: his wife Helena "Lena" Schultz of Rome City; his children, Wendy Woehnker (Greg) of Fort Wayne and Jeff Schultz (Ann) of Florida; his stepson Chad Banks of Texas; his grandchildren, Erik Woehnker of Fort Wayne, Jonathon Woehnker (Leah) of Fort Wayne, Ashley Schultz of Florida and Amanda Schultz of Florida; and his brother Jack Bouse (Pat) of New Haven.
