He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Tapp (Kreager) and Robert Tapp; and his brother-in-law Phillip Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Karen Tapp of Rome City; his daughter Toni Whitney (Jeff) of Ligonier; his grandchildren, Breana Whitney (Damian Brown) of Wolcottville and Hunter Whitney of Rome City; and his sister Sandy Hunter (Tapp) of Cromwell.
