He is survived by: his wife Eva; his son Matthew Hayner (Christy); his granddaughter Laci of Florida; his son Mike Hayner (Heather); his grandsons, Brady of Westfield and Hudson of Westfield; his stepson Ronald King; his grandchildren, Spencer DuCharme (Jasmyn), Isaac King, Sterling King and Cecilia King; his great grandchildren, Ayla of Fort Wayne, Nora of Fort Wayne and Eli of Fort Wayne; his sister Claire Hicks (Gary) of Columbia City; his nieces, Michelle Gualandi (Richard) of North Carolina and Amanda Feiock (Mike) of Indianapolis; his sisters-in-law, Ola Mae Alday of Texas, Opal Lewis of Kentucky, Peggy McQuire (Danny) of Kentucky, Wanda Watts (Jerry) of Kentucky and Linda Watkins (Jimmy) of Kentucky; and the mother of his children Cathy DeWitt (Pat).
