He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillip and Betty Owen (Rosenbaum); his son Neil Andrew Owen; and his sister Harriett Hay. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bybee; his son Stephen Owen (Cassie) of New Carlisle; his granddaughter Lilyann Hampton; and his sister Ethel Jonas of La Porte.
