She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cook and Celeste Cook (Gibson); her husband Albert Thomas; her son George Henry Farlie; her granddaughter Rebecca; and her siblings, Laverne Smith, Faye Kincer, Roy, Eugene, Ralph and Isaac.
She is survived by: her sons, James P. Farlie (Joyce) of Michigan City, IN, Ronnie L. Farlie (Robin) of Rolling Prairie, IN and Dexter L. Farlie of Kingsford Heights, IN; her brothers, Doug Cook (Rose) of Millstone, KY and Jesse Cook (Kay) of McRoberts, KY; her grandchildren, Iva, Jason, Ron, Jeffrey, James, Christopher, Anthony, George and Paula; her great grandchildren, Kasey, Randy, Jessica, Dakota, Joseph, Jason, Julie, Jeffrey, Sara, Austin, Damon, Dayton and Jonathan; and her great great grandchildren, Canaan, Rebekah, Owen, Maddie, Liam, Ethan, Natali and Emma.
