It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria D Neff (Rolling Prairie, Indiana), born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on February 28, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Howard Parcell and Edna Parcell (Pletcher); her spouse Gene Neff; her children, Tim Neff of La Porte, IN, James Neff (Kathy) of La Porte, IN, Ted Neff (Cheryl) of Granger, IN and Gena Oake of Buchanan, MI; her brothers, Donald Parcell (Nancy) of Wakarusa, IN and Thomas Parcell (Marcia) of Wakarusa, IN; and her grandchildren, Brock Neff and Jenna Neff. She is also survived by grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
