She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Johnson and Mary Alice Johnson (Raver). She is survived by: her husband James Varga of Rolling Prairie, IN; and her children, Curtis Griffis (Tonya) of Kalamazoo, MI, Sonyia Griffis of LaPorte, IN, Kevin Griffis of Fish Lake, IN and Scott Griffis of Sturgis, MI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes (807 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rosenberg Chapel (807 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091).
