He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Holt; and his brothers, Floyd Holt and Lew Holt. He is survived by: his sons, Danny Holt of Rolling Prairie and David Holt of Rolling Prairie; his grandchildren, Matthew Hamilin (Tracy) and Jessica Manns (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Brianna Hamlin, Mason Hamlin, Alyssa, Braiden and Carly Manns; his siblings, Dee Holt (Jerry) of La Porte, Pam Salo (Jerry), Linda Lee (Ken) and Nandie Dunk of La Porte; and also, Landscaping and Construction.
