She was predeceased by: her grandmother Christine Piotrowicz; and her great-grandparents, Juanita Manriquez and Bob Sullivan (Marge). She is survived by: her parents, Jody L. Piotrowicz and Tanya M. Piotrowicz (Lesniak); her brother Justin Piotrowicz (Loren); her niece Lennon; her grandparents, Paul Lesniak (Alice) and Jody Piotrowicz, Sr.; her uncles, George Lesniak and Chris Lesniak (Jen); her cousins, Anthony, Austin and Ella Lesniak; and her great-aunt Kathy Gosciniak.
