Smiley of Rockville, Indiana, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald B. Smiley and Betty Tarter Smiley Miller. He is survived by: his brother Rodney Smiley (Peggy) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his niece Patty Hibbs; and his nephews, Marty McClain and Bruce Smiley. He is also survived by great-great nieces, nephews and many cousins.
