He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Mabry and Edith Mabry; his siblings, Juanita Kivett (Harold) and Franklin Eagle Mabry (Sonny); and his brother-in-law Charlie Prince.

He is survived by: his wife Laura Mabry; his children, Dawn, Tracy, Cole and Cade; and his sister Patricia Prince. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
