She was predeceased by: her father Charles Ray Franklin. She is survived by: her husband Paul David Robbins; and her children, Amber Klyaic of Rockville, Danielle Robbins of Rockville, Paul Robbins, Jr. of Rockville, Sky Robbins of Arlington, Dwight Castleman of Ft. Wayne and Eric Ward of Southill, Virginia. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; one great- grandchild.
