He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barker and Norma Laufer Barker; and his sister Donna Berty. He is survived by: his wife Sally Hopkins Barker; his children, Tom Barker (Michele) of Jamestown and Traci Maupin (Troy) of Rockville; his brother Ron Tobin (Connie) of Port Orange, Florida; his grandchildren, Jakob Barker of Indianapolis, Brandon Barker of Jamestown, Chelci Mathas (Michael) of Rockville and Leah Maupin of Rockville; and his great grandchildren, Rhyse, Rogan and Renik Mathas of Rockville.
