He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Roscoe Collins and Lola Hinton Collins McGuire; his son William Curtis Collins; and his brother Max Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Louise Rieke Collins; his children, Roscoe Collins, Jr. of Rockville, Donna Brahaum (Steve) of Nashville, Mary Lou Kirkman (Jett) of Zionsville, Timothy Collins (Mary Ann) of North Webster and Kathy Kunstek (George) of Trafalgar; and his siblings, Dorothy Mae Lindsey of Indianapolis, Mike McGuire of Naperville and Effie Lovins of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
