He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Hill Watts. He is survived by: his wife Penny Starrett Watts; his father Kenneth Watts Sr. of Greenback, Tennessee; his children, Rodger Allen, Cassandra Beach (Brad) of Rockville and Kenneth Chastain (Brooke) of Franklin; his siblings, Kenny Watts (Chris), Jacquie Gioertz (J. D. Dalton), Kelly Watts (Linda), Kim Conrad (Roger), Heidi Lee (Larry) and Chuck Banks; his grandchildren, Rodger, III, Kadelyn, Alicia, Elijah, Ivy Rose, Cooper and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Adalynn, Ryker Daulton and Delano Watts.
A reception will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Family Home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025.
