Lewis of Kittrell and Kenneth D. Lewis of Henderson; his grandsons, Jordan and Joshua Lewis; his great grandchild Aiden Lewis; his nephews, Mark Lewis (Kelly) of Rogers and Robert Lewis of San Diego, California; his cousin Duane Nickle (Mona) of Montezuma; and also Matthew Offhaus of Orlando, Florida.
