He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clayton Cooper and Sylvia Maxine Elmore Cooper; and his sister Marlene White. He is survived by: his siblings, Dale Cooper, Rick Cooper (Patty) of Rockville and Nina Lindsay (Bob) of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
