He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anson "Si" Richard and Mary Milner (Mitchell); his sisters, Thelma Thomas and Marie Milner; his wife Dorothy Milner; his children, Micci Jo Anglin (Cody), John A. Milner and Bob Milner (Juanita); his grandchildren, Gredin Anglin, Megan Anglin, Porchia Ryan (Bobby Myles), Grace Myers (Eric) and Dustin Milner (Virginia Graf); his great grandchildren, Jaylie, Josh, Annastazja, Alice, Keira and Kaine; and his brother David Milner (Dorothy). He was also cherished by several extended family members and friends.
