He is survived by: his mother Donna Lee Cooper (English); his sons, David "Michael" Doty and Darrin Lee Doty (Anna); his grandchildren, Grant of Bloomingdale, Jackson of Bloomingdale, Steven of Bloomingdale, Kurtis of Bloomingdale and Allison Doty of Bloomingdale; his sisters, Shayna Thompson of Terre Haute and Kari Doty (Danny) of Oklahoma; his parents-in-law, David and Linda Lamb of Rockville; his brother-in-law David Lamb (Marsha) of Covington; his uncles, Myron Doty of Kingman, Larry English (Rachel) of Clinton and Jon Lamb (Lou Ann) of Marshall; his aunt Gaye McCall of Dana; his close friends, Eric Sunderman, Rich Rennick, Vance Kelly, Rich Kenner, Dallas Woods and Chris Colson; and his cousins, Shawn Howard, Rob Forrest, Alan Cox, Andy Tome, Bill Jones, Mike Sarjent, Sam Zook, Wayne Coppenbarger and Joe McCoy.
