She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson, II and Hazel Lawson. She is survived by: her children, Charles Brown (Melanie) of Rockville and Carolyn Smith of Clinton; her sister Carolyn Harney of Greencastle; and her grandchildren, Micheal Brown (Raven), Matthew Brown, James Brown (Jennifer), Donna Brown (Brittany), Gregory Franstead (Becky), Christopher Brown, Ryan Frazier, Cindy Frazier and Kyleigh Frazier. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
