He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cottrell Smith; his children, Myron Smith of Clinton, Matthew Smith (Ashley) of Dana, Clayton Smith of Rockville, Shannon Smith of Brazil, Radlyn Smith and Ashley Jane Wheeler of Rosedale; and his siblings, David Smith (Diane) of Rosedale, William Smith of Rockville, Vicki Keltz of Rosedale and Carolyn Osborn of Terre Haute. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
