He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenny Lincoln Bemis and Mildred White Bemis; and his brother Lennis Bemis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Forrest Bemis; his children, Charles Bradley Bemis of Atlanta, Georgia, Mary Elizabeth Bumgardner (Tom) of Zionsville and Bethany Britt Lowery (Norm) of Terre Haute; and his grandchildren, Norman Forrest Lowery, Mary Elizabeth Lowery, Charles Hopper Bumgardner and Thomas Wrigley Bumgardner.
