Lewis (Rockville, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Swaim and Sara Eupha Swaim (Pyle); her husband John William Lewis; her son William Lewis; and her siblings, Dale Swaim, Dorothy Sue Busenbark and Ellen Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, John Robert Lewis of Carmel, Jeff Lewis (Beth) of Farmersburg and Delbert Lewis (Tori) of Rockville; her grandchildren, Craig, Brett, Alicia, Haley and Brecken; and her great grandchildren, AJ, Harper, Hayden, Lyla and Kennedy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
