He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Richard Witherell and Shirley Elaine Gordon Witherell. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Sanders Witherell; his children, Andy Witherell of Rockville and Amy Witherell of Greencastle; his siblings, Robert Witherell of Nixa, Richard Witherell of Palm Desert, California and Jane Witherell of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Arin Witherell of Rockville and Andrea Witherell of Terre Haute.
