It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Alvey Vanover (Rockport, Indiana), born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Vanover and Lena Vanover; his sister Beverly Schofield (Carl); his granddaughter Whitney Miller; and his daughter-in-law Jola Vanover (Froehlich).
He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel Vanover and Debra Payne; his children, Connie Barrett, Janet Goffinet, David Vanover and Tammy Epperson; his grandchildren, Jenna, Lindsey, Nicole, Abigail, Hannah, Jake, Natasha, Brianna and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Chloe and Beatrice.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorial donations in Wayne's name may be made to James Parker Cemetery to assist with maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery grounds.
