He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell and Virginia Bell (Shourds). He is survived by: his wife Darla Bell (Winkler) of Rockport, IN; his children, Gary Bell of Owensboro, KY., Michael Bell (Dawn) of Rockport, IN. and Krista Seitz (Andy) of Rockport, IN; and his grandchildren, Keith, John, Ryan, Tesa, Destiny, Trent, Kayla and Gracie. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
