She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Carter; and her siblings, Roy Chapman, Paul Chapman, Robert Chapman, Charles Chapman, Virgil Chapman, Elmo Chapman and Alberta Leslie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Dunn of Owensboro, KY, Terena Kyle (Mike) of Rome, IN and Tammy Carter (Chuck Parker) of Grandview, IN; her grandchildren, Patrick, Ryan, Kristina, Elizabeth, Robert, Eddie, Michelle and Alana; her sister-in-law Deloris Chapman of Rockport, IN; and her friend Jerry Hamilton of Rockport, IN.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great -great grandchildren.
