He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Pete" Holtzman and Agnes "Aggie" Holtzman (Balbach); and his significant other Cindy Evans. He is survived by: his son Keith Westfall; his stepchildren, Jason Taylor, Rob Houle, Nikki Houle and Krista Jakub; his grandson Ashton; and his brothers, Ron Holtzman (Jill) and Bob Holtzman (Deanna). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
