He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Woodburn and Betty Woodburn (Hessenauer); and his sister Debra Quinn. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Woodburn (Webb-Bowen); his children, Sarah Kohler of Evansville and Michael Woodburn (Angela) of Tell City, Indiana; and his brothers, Randy Woodburn (Cathy) and David Woodburn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
