He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mack and Dorothy Mack (Sweny); his wife Sadie Mae Mack; and his siblings, Donald, Billy, James, Carrol and Joan.

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Mack; his nieces and nephews, Peggy Lohman, Linda Garrett (Rick), Tammy Hearth (Russell), Kimberly Webb, Jason Shirel and Jimmy Sexton; and his sister-in-law Louise Herrell. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alexander Cemetery.
