She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R Parsley Sr. and Mary Ellen Oskin Parsley (Oskin); and her nephew Nathaniel Reid Parsley. She is survived by: her husband David Mullican of Stanley, KY; her children, Patrick Mullican (Sarah), Jennifer Szmurlo (Dave) and Eva Logsdon (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kamren, Reya, Howard, Ginger, Wyatt, Vivian and Paisley; and her brothers, Reid Parsley Jr. (Cindy) and Ben Parsley Sr. (Nichole). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, Oak Grove Cemetery, or Heart to Heart Hospice.
